For single-night rentals, when are DVDs due back at DVDPlay?
To pay just $1.79 plus tax, make sure you get your DVD back by 7 p.m. the evening after you rented to any participating DVDPlay store location.
What if I’m late?
Return your DVD by 7:00 p.m. the day after you rent it to avoid an extra day's rental fee.  For each additional night you keep your DVDs, you will be charged $1.79 a day plus any applicable tax.
How do I get a receipt for my DVD Rental?
At the time of your rental transaction, enter your email address when prompted, and DVDPlay will send you email receipts and return confirmations for all your rentals. DVDPlay will never sell or share your email address.
Do I have to be a Member?
With DVDPlay, you don’t have to be a member and there aren’t any monthly fees.
How do I pay for Movies?
DVDPlay accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, and signature debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. DVDPlay doesn’t accept gift cards.
How can I receive promotional codes for DVDPlay Rentals?
DVDPlay periodically sends exclusive rental discounts and other promotional offers to customers that have signed up to receive emails. PromoCodes are also distributed through special retail promotions and rewards programs.


How do I redeem promotional codes at DVDPlay?

  1. Select the title you want to rent, and add the selection to your cart.
  2. Touch the red “PromoCode” button on your cart screen and enter your PromoCode on the keyboard screen.
  3. Your discount will be applied in the total. Click here for more information.

 

What if the store where I rented DVD is closed?

You can return your DVD to any other DVDPlay kiosk; click here to find a location near you. You can also choose to keep the DVD for an additional night for just $1.79+ tax.



What do I do if my DVD is unplayable or the wrong DVD is in the case?

What if I lose the DVD case or DVD?

Please call DVDPlay Customer Service at 1.866.738.3752 x 3, toll free, 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, or click here to submit a Web Form. For lost DVDs, your credit card will automatically be charged $44.75 + tax after 25 days.

Can I return my DVD to any location?

Yes, you can return your DVDPlay DVD to any DVDPlay kiosk.  Click here to find a DVDPlay location near you.

I’m trying to return my DVD and DVDPlay won’t accept it. What should I do?

First, make sure the DVD rental kiosk your trying to use is in fact, a DVDPlay machine (click here to find more DVDPlay locations near you). If you still need help, please call DVDPlay Customer Service at 1.866.738.3752 x 3, or click here to submit a Web Form for a prompt resolution to your problem.
